Most Frequently Asked Questions
What does my order arrive in?
Your order comes in a sturdy cardboard box, with recylcable insulation and complementary frozen oranges, so that your produce stays fresh and cool.
We collect boxes & insulation from customers for reuse again and again. For us to recollect them, just leave them at your front door on delivery day. We will pick them up and reuse them.
What should I do with my packaging once my orders arrive?
We're happy to reuse your packaging β just leave the boxes by your door when you're expecting a delivery and we'll take them back. Let us know if you need your box picked up and we will come and collect it for you, so we can recycle it.
When do you deliver?
We deliver between 10am & 5pm every Thursday
We deliver to Brisbane, Gold Coast & Tweed.
Order by midnight on a Tuesday for deliver on the same week.

Is it true delivery is free?
It sure is! For all deliveries over $130, delivery is free. For orders under $130, delivery costs $9.95.
How do I edit my order?
You can change the items in your order here in your basket (or via the orange basket icon at the top right) at any time before midnight on Tuesday each week.
To edit an item in your basket, hover over the product and the option to edit your basket item will appear beside the total price of your item. Press '+' to add more to your order or '-' to subtract from the quantity or delete an item from your basket.
Unfortunately we are not able to edit the contents of your order after the cutoff time of midnight on Tuesday.
How does billing work?
Your credit card will be authorized at checkout, then charged in full for your order shortly after the cutoff time of midnight on Tuesday. For example, if you order on Sunday, you will not be charged until Tuesday midnight.
You'll also receive a receipt for your order when the payment is processed.
What happens if I am not satisfied with something in my order?
We want you to be thrilled with what you order! If you're not, let us know and we'll make it right.

What is Farm&Co online?
Farm&Co online is an online market that delivers locally sourced and ethical groceries to your home.
Farm&Co online is an extension of our organic family farm in Kingscliff (Farm&Co Kingscliff), setup to help bring farmers and foodies together. You can read here, our Values & Reason for Being.
How do you deliver such fresh food?
We work directly with our local farmers and foodmakers, which allows us to get their food to us (and then to you) in less than half the time of a traditional grocery store. That means better tasting, more nutritious and delicious food for you.
What kind of food do you sell?
First & foremost, we sell all of our own organic produce and eggs. We pick the morning of your delivery so that you receive the freshest and best you could ever find.
We also source other organic produce from nearby farming friends, fresh bread from the best local bakeries or local raw honey among other items.
We are always looking to achieve our mission, 'making it easier to buy the best in local and sustainable food', and in time we want to expand our offering to include more local products for a more convenient shopping experience.

We make it super simple to shop with your favourite local vendors each week. It takes just 5 minutes to 'Set & Forget' your weekly shop of local organic produce.
With Farm&Co it's easier to buy better food with our 100% natural foods guarantee. No need to read the tricky icky fine print of purposely confusing ingredients.
We also do all the searching and running around, saving you precious time you would otherwise spend sitting in traffic or finding parking space.

How do I create an account?
Click 'Create Account' in the top right hand corner. Or go here to Create Account.
Type in your Name, Email & Password. That's it. Now you're ready to start shopping.

Placing Orders
What makes shopping with Farm&Co so much better than the supermarket?
Lots of things! First, the food that you buy on Farm&Co is much fresher and of higher quality than the food you'd find at your traditional supermarket, since it's not sitting around waiting to be purchased.
You can be proud of your food choices when you shop with Farm&Co. All food is 100% natural, which is much better for your health. None of our produce is wrapped in unecessary plastics, meaning less waste sent to landfill.
All of our produce is organic and spray free, sourced as locally as possible so as to avoid unecessary food miles. In the process, everyone who buys from Farm&Co is supporting small local growers and foodmakers.
You also get to share in the feeling of donating 10% of our profits to environmental and community causes. Woohoo!
How do I checkout?
To check out, click on your basket, then scroll down to the 'Checkout' button. Review your order and set your delivery address, phone, and payment method, then click the 'Submit Payment' button. And you're done!
Note that payment is not taken out of your account until approximately midnight on Tuesday.
Can I edit my order after I've placed it?
Yahuh! You can change the items in your basket until midnight on Tuesday.
If you want to edit your order, you can add or remove items from your basket. Whichever items are in your basket at the time of midnight on Tuesday, these are the items that will be ordered, payed for and delivered.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes! You can cancel your order up until midnight on Tuesday.
To cancel an order, you simply have to remove all items from your basket before midnight on Tuesday. You can remove an item by hovering on the basket item, and pressing the orange minus icon '-' until the basket item is removed.
Why is there a minimum of $30?
A $30 minimum for Farm&Co orders helps us create a sustainable business β both environmentally and operationally. For orders over $130, we're happy to offer free delivery.

What days do you deliver?
We deliver on Thursday's between 10am and 5pm.
Order by midnight on a Tuesday and we will deliver to you the same week.

Is it true delivery is free?
It sure is! For all deliveries over $130, delivery is free. For orders under $130, delivery costs $9.95.
Do I have to be home to accept my order?
Nope! We will leave it for you. Simply specify your delivery preferences at checkout, and we'll place your groceries in a secure spot at your home or office, like inside an unlocked front gate or with the receptionist.

How do you choose the food in your marketplace?
We have a rigorous set of criteria that all of our food producers meet, and it covers a range of factors from sustainable farming practices to transparent sourcing to treating employees well. We also taste everything to make sure it's all amazing!
All products we sell are 100% natural. All produce is Organic or Spray Free and as local as possible.
What happens if I dont like something in my order?
We want you to be thrilled with what you order! If you're not, let us know and we'll make it right.

Our Produce Boxes
Are all products organic?
Yep! All produce is certified organic.
Are all organic products certified?
Yep! We believe in a transparent system and are proud to say all produce is certified organic!
Are all products spray free?
Yep! All the products we sell are spray free.
'Spray Free' means a product has been grown without the use of chemical based herbicides or pesticides
Can I change what is in my produce box?
Currently, you cannot choose produce specifically, however you can choose your preferences.

Packaging
How Does my order arrive?

We collect boxes from customers for reuse again and again. For us to recollect them, just leave them at your front door on delivery day. We will pick them up and reuse them.
What should I do with my packaging once my orders arrive?
We're happy to reuse your packaging β just leave the boxes by your door when you're expecting a delivery and we'll take them back. Let us know if you need your box picked up and we will come and collect it for you, so we can recycle it.
Can I return glass bottles and containers too?
Yes! We love to reuse packaging! Simply rinse and return the containers directly to your delivery driver or leave them by your door when you're expecting a delivery.

Account Settings & Billing
How do I reset my password?
Click on Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email and we'll send you an email to help you reset it.
How do I change the credit card that's on my account?
Log into Farm&Co, click your name in the upper right hand corner, and click on the 'Account' link. Edit away! Please note that once an order is placed, the credit card charged for that order cannot be changed.
How do you keep my credit card information secure?
Your credit card information is stored safely with our gold-standard payment processing company, Stripe. Learn more about them here!
We see and record none of your payment details. It is only Stripe that will ever know your payment details.
When will I be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be authorized at checkout, then charged in full for your order at the cutoff of midnight on Tuesday. You'll also receive a receipt when the payment is processed.
How do I get a receipt for my order?
We'll bill your card and send you a full receipt shortly after midnight on Tuesday.

Weekly Orders
How do I set up a Weekly Order?
Items can be selected for order 'just once' or as a 'weekly subscription'. To create a continuous weekly order, simply add items to your basket and select subscribe on the item. Items that are subscribed to will remain in your basket until you select otherwise.
Can I add to my Weekly Order?
Each week you may edit your order details up until midnight on Tuesday. After this cutoff you cannot change your order. To edit your Weekly Order, simply go to your basket and change quantities, remove items. Or add extra items from our local offerings.
Will you remind me about my upcoming orders?
Each week just before midnight on Tuesday, we will email you as a reminder to add to or edit your order.
How do I manage my Weekly Orders?
Once items are in your basket, you can change quantity or remove items from your Weekly Order. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe to particular items. You can also change the delivery details and payment details to be used for all future orders.
How do I cancel my Weekly Orders?
To cancel your Weekly Order, simply remove all items from your basket.
Can I skip a Weekly Order?
You sure can! Simply remove all items from your Weekly Order for one week, and then re-add them the next week.
Can I have my Weekly Order delivered on another day?
No. Currently we only deliver on Thursday and Friday, so as to make it viable for our farmers and foodmakers. Multi day delivery is something we want to implement in the future, however at our size, currently it is not possible.
Will my Weekly Order stop coming after a certain time?
Nope! Once you've set your items to 'subscribe', you needn't touch it again if you wish not to change it. Your Weekly Order will continuously be delivered until you cancel it.
